Measurements:
 
Elastic band is 2" wide
Buckle is about 4" long & 3" tall
Measures 26.5" at rest but stretches to accommodate up to a 34" waist
 
Condition: Fair vintage condition.  There is a little bit of discoloration on the front left that could be brightened.
