BDW Shipping

Shipping costs are covered by the customer & are determined by product weight & size.  Orders will be taken to the mail carrier within 3 days of purchase.  We ship primarily USPS first class mail, with tracking information included.  If you have a time sensitive purchase or would like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know prior to ordering.  

 

Please ensure accuracy in providing your correct shipping address.  Once an item has been shipped, the address cannot be changed & we are not liable for a package that goes to an incorrect provided address.  Should an order be refused by the customer at the time of delivery or be "returned to sender" due to an “undeliverable” address, a 5% restocking fee will be applied.  Shipping costs would not be refunded in this instance.

Local pick up can be arranged if you are in the Dallas, Texas vicinity—just ask & we will provide a time & location where you can collect your item if you wish to avoid the shipping cost.
